Responsibilities
- Deliver executable releases with quality and within defined timelines using testing standards, industry best practices, and STLC.
- Document test scenarios and perform quality testing for database exports and imports, applications, tools, APIs, and landing pages.
- Reproduce production issues and follow stringent change-control processes.
- Collaborate with Solutions Management, Account teams, and development to clarify requirements and support releases.
- Participate in projects and initiatives while sharing knowledge across teams.
Requirements
- Experience supporting quality assurance for CRM needs in hosted and cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and testing and certification protocols.
- Strong communication, analytical, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting and handle quick-turnaround deliverables.
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
