Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data for Guidewire applications and integrations.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across business processes.
- Identify, document, retest, and track defects through resolution.
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria for testability and quality coverage.
- Participate in sprint testing, release validation, environment validation, and deployment verification.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and Agile teams to validate fixes and improve quality.
- Participate in Agile planning, refinement, demonstrations, retrospectives, and continuous testing activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA experience in Agile software delivery environments.
- Experience testing Guidewire applications, preferably PolicyCenter.
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty or Business Insurance processes and terminology.
- Experience with test management, defect tracking, API testing, and integration validation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Guidewire certification or testing certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, ownership, and accountability skills.
