Responsibilities
- Develop and implement infrastructure.
- Build large-scale software systems.
- Upgrade and architect underlying infrastructure.
- Tune performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems.
- Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices.
- Guide junior engineers’ daily work and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems.
- Proficiency in core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework.
- Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
- Proficiency in distributed systems design and familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
- Ability to cope with stress and quickly learn new knowledge.
- Good cross-team communication skills.
