Responsibilities
- Validate customer requirements for proof-of-concept and production implementations.
- Configure Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager for customer pilots and production deployments.
- Lead assigned technical implementation activities and deliver contracted technical responsibilities.
- Develop solution approaches, reusable configurations, deployment best practices, and technical documentation.
- Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and customer issue resolution.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for customers requiring 24x7 support coverage.
- Support technical architecture reviews, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, demonstrations, and pre-sales-to-implementation handoffs.
- Provide customer and field feedback to Product Management and Development on requirements, bugs, and product enhancements.
- Support webinars, customer meetings, partner enablement, reseller discussions, and user-group activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing software, infrastructure, automation, IIoT, analytics, or shop-floor solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, system architecture, Linux-based systems, databases, and customer deployment environments.
- Experience with product configuration, technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing implementation or support.
- Working knowledge of scripting or coding with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Understanding of containerized and cloud or hybrid infrastructure technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers, technical teams, sales teams, and partners.
- Experience with Litmus Edge, Litmus Edge Manager, industrial data platforms, OPC/UA, PLC/SCADA systems, or edge connectivity is preferred.
- Exposure to pre-sales support, solution demonstrations, technical proposal review, RFI/RFP participation, or customer expansion activities is preferred.
- Experience supporting partners, value-added resellers, webinars, customer focus groups, or user-group events is preferred.
- Ability to translate field observations into product feedback, enhancement requests, and best-practice documentation is preferred.
