Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into working AI solutions and rapidly prototype implementations.
- Use Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding tools to build and iterate solutions.
- Develop full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
- Build generative AI and agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Take prototypes through to production-ready systems.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to discover and define problems rather than simply take requirements.
- Regularly demonstrate working solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while maintaining delivery momentum.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude Cowork.
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with generative AI, agentic AI, RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Full-stack development experience with Python, React, and Next.js.
- Experience building APIs and integrations.
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.
- Experience building solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to explain AI solutions directly to business stakeholders.
- Healthcare experience with FHIR/HL7, claims workflows, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, HIPAA, or GxP is a strong plus.
