Responsibilities
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain CPU and GPU server fleets.
- Write scripts and small tools using Python, Bash, or similar technologies to automate operational tasks.
- Troubleshoot Linux, hardware, storage, networking, and performance issues.
- Analyze infrastructure data and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Explore GPU and AI infrastructure and contribute to reliability tools.
- Experiment with AI and LLM applications for infrastructure troubleshooting and operations.
- Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis with senior engineers.
- Write and improve documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with hardware, operations, platform, and supply chain engineering teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Comfortable with basic Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Some scripting or programming experience with Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of hardware, operating system concepts, networking, or distributed systems.
- Some exposure to server hardware, firmware such as BIOS/UEFI, or system architecture.
- Hands-on experience from projects, labs, internships, open-source work, or competitions is preferred.
- Curiosity about AI agents, LLMs, or AI-powered automation is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are preferred.
