Responsibilities
- Own the deployment and operation of critical collaboration services across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Design, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling, including AI-first tools for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, remediation, post-incident reviews, and systemic reliability improvements.
- Use observability data for capacity planning, scaling strategies, and resource optimization.
- Conduct disaster recovery drills and support production uptime through on-call monitoring and alerting.
- Define operational best practices, documentation standards, and reliability-focused processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7–13 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, or Systems Engineering.
- Hands-on experience operating production services with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, incident response, on-call participation, and post-incident reviews.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems, networking, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and Git-based workflows.
- Preferred experience with large-scale globally distributed SaaS platforms, hybrid cloud, multi-region deployments, AI-assisted SRE tooling, and operational documentation.
