Responsibilities
- Partner with customers, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements.
- Design and deliver end-to-end SaaS integration solutions and manage technical dependencies.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and integration documentation.
- Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services, APIs, and event-driven integrations.
- Implement messaging and streaming solutions with Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Integrate enterprise applications, third-party systems, and cloud services.
- Conduct code and technical design reviews and contribute to Agile sprint delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while supporting production reliability, availability, and performance.
- Drive improvements to implementation methodologies, documentation, and customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise integrations, or SaaS implementation.
- At least one completed end-to-end SaaS implementation project.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, SQL databases, Apache Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems and working with data integration, API-led, and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of network protocols, enterprise integration patterns, integration-stack security concepts, and high-availability and clustering configurations.
- Experience in Agile environments, technical design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical business solutions, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience in SaaS product organizations, Azure Cloud services, cloud-native integration patterns, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Kafka Brokers, Kafka Connect Framework, HTTP Connectors, REST Connectors, and JMS Connectors.
- Experience with architecture and modeling tools, banking and financial services, enterprise software platforms, large-scale IT environments, and globally distributed teams is preferred.
