Responsibilities
- Define integration requirements with customers, implementation teams, and business stakeholders.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available integration architectures and end-to-end SaaS onboarding solutions.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and integration activity plans.
- Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.
- Implement messaging and streaming solutions using Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Integrate enterprise applications, third-party systems, cloud services, and relational databases.
- Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews while improving code quality and scalability.
- Lead identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration-related production issues.
- Support cloud infrastructure and system components while ensuring production reliability, availability, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, customers, partners, and distributed delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise integrations, or SaaS implementation.
- Experience delivering at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, SQL databases, Apache Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems and understanding API-led and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of data integration concepts, network protocols, enterprise integration patterns, integration-stack security concepts, and high-availability and clustering configurations.
- Experience working in Agile environments and conducting technical design and code reviews.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical business solutions.
- Preferred experience in SaaS product organizations, globally distributed engineering and customer teams, banking and financial services, enterprise software platforms, or large-scale IT environments.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud services and cloud-native integration patterns; AWS or GCP knowledge is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka Brokers setup and configuration, Kafka Connect Framework, HTTP Connectors, REST Connectors, and JMS Connectors.
- Experience using architecture and modeling tools to create solution designs.
