Responsibilities
- Partner with customers, implementation teams, and stakeholders to define integration requirements.
- Design and deliver end-to-end SaaS integration solutions, including technical blueprints, architecture diagrams, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services using microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.
- Implement messaging and streaming solutions with Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Integrate enterprise applications, third-party systems, databases, and cloud services.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues while supporting production reliability, availability, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvements to implementation methods and onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise integrations, or SaaS implementation.
- Experience delivering at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST API development, SQL databases, Apache Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems and understanding data integration, API-led, event-driven, network, enterprise integration, security, high-availability, and clustering concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments and conducting technical design and code reviews.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical business solutions.
- Preferred experience includes SaaS product organizations, Azure Cloud services, AWS or GCP, Kafka brokers and Kafka Connect, HTTP, REST, and JMS connectors, architecture and modeling tools, banking and financial services, enterprise software platforms, large-scale IT environments, and globally distributed teams.
