Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions for enterprise business challenges.
- Architect context engineering strategies, prompt engineering, RAG systems, hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, and re-ranking pipelines.
- Design knowledge graphs and Graph RAG architectures for multi-hop reasoning, explainability, and grounded responses.
- Build agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, agent harnesses, governance controls, memory management, and execution controls.
- Integrate agents with tools and data using MCP and coordinate agent collaboration through A2A.
- Support production deployment, scalability, observability, maintainability, and real-time or streaming AI solutions.
- Apply ethical AI, guardrails, sandboxing, data privacy, and compliance practices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 12+ years of total experience and 5–7 years of AI or software development experience, including significant generative AI and agentic AI experience.
- Hands-on expertise in foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, context-window management, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Experience building RAG systems, knowledge graphs, Graph RAG pipelines, vector retrieval systems, and embedding-based solutions.
- Experience with Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks, tool calling, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, and harness engineering.
- Experience with MCP, A2A, agent observability, evaluation, and OpenTelemetry-based tooling.
- Proficiency with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI application deployment practices.
- Strong NLP skills, including NER, dependency parsing, text classification, and topic modeling.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure for AI and generative AI.
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful AI-driven projects in a business environment.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical problem-solving, proactive learning, and mentoring skills.
