Responsibilities
- Execute functional, manual, and automated tests according to defined plans and deadlines.
- Validate acceptance criteria before releases and contribute to test strategy and estimation.
- Maintain scalable automation frameworks, reusable components, parametrized data, and continuous regression suites.
- Monitor CI/CD pipelines, QA environments, quality dashboards, and production alerts.
- Support rapid regeneration of test data and environments, including ephemeral Docker/Kubernetes environments.
- Apply AI to test prioritization, defect prediction, and automated test-data generation.
- Coordinate with development, DevOps, and product teams and escalate incidents and blockers.
- Ensure the team has the required testing tools, licenses, and access.
Requirements
- Experience with functional, manual, and automated testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks and parametrized test data.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing.
- Analytical, proactive, and communicative approach to identifying and escalating issues.
- Docker and Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
- Experience applying AI to testing is a plus.
- Experience in financial-sector projects is a plus.
