Base Salary
$218k - $327k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to scope, plan, design, build, and maintain banking features.
- Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions across the organization.
- Design systems within microservice and event-driven architectures.
- Drive architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements to increase system robustness and scalability.
- Coach and mentor teammates to expand their technical breadth and depth.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to improve the team’s use of AI applications.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience leading large-scale features, including planning, managing, and executing delivery projects.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to identify and resolve flaws in complex systems and design creative solutions to difficult problems.
- Strong desire to perform and grow as an engineer.
