Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the production Azure cloud service from design through deployment and operation.
- Build control-plane capabilities including user flows, system-state visibility, usage metering, and customer-experience improvements.
- Design and maintain reliable, scalable APIs and backend services.
- Improve reliability and operability through test automation, CI/CD, metrics, alerting, and postmortem-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with Everpure Cloud and Microsoft engineers on designs, integrations, and incident follow-ups.
- Share production ownership through on-call responsibilities, knowledge sharing, and continuous service improvements.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining production backend services or APIs.
- Strong programming ability in at least one modern language such as Go, Python, Java, or C#, with willingness to work primarily in Go.
- Experience taking software through design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production improvement.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across service boundaries, APIs, and infrastructure components.
- Ability to design maintainable APIs and services with attention to reliability, compatibility, and long-term operation.
- Effective cross-team collaboration and technical communication skills.
- Experience with cloud or modern infrastructure environments such as public cloud services, containers, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
