Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Design and architect systems for payroll ingestion and employee management.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews across the stack.
- Own systems that are core to Basic Capital's business.
Requirements
- Strong experience with modern backend frameworks and API design.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript.
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with modern build systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong architecture design and problem-solving skills.
