Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic systems that design and launch web experiences using AI techniques.
- Develop and maintain Flint’s core application across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Design systems with robust evaluations, observability, and testing.
- Prototype rapidly with users and translate learnings into durable features.
- Lead architectural decisions that set Flint’s technical direction.
- Own projects end-to-end from prototypes to production systems.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience with AI-forward developer tools.
- Ownership from problem to solution.
- Passion for building MVPs and iterating quickly.
- Preferred experience with website builders or CMS platforms.
- Experience building AI products and working in early-stage startups.
