Base Salary

$200k - $288k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement quality evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
Create innovative prompt engineering solutions to improve accuracy and reliability.
Conduct experiments to continuously improve metrics and system performance.
Build robust systems that handle the unpredictability of natural language.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to productionize improvements.
Investigate customer-reported issues and turn them into product enhancements.
Develop frameworks that balance powerful AI capabilities with appropriate guardrails.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency with writing SQL is required for Cortex Analyst role.
Experience with semantic layers, data science/analysis, and BI tools is a plus.
