Responsibilities
- Lead investigations and engineering solutions for emergent issues.
- Acquire a broad and deep understanding of Pure Storage's full software stack.
- Develop services and AI tools to diagnose and protect our growing fleet.
- Design next generation analytics to monitor our fleet’s health and anticipate new problems.
- Represent customers in presenting complex product issues and developing solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to customer outages and improve uptime.
Requirements
- Natural curiosity and obsessive attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and communicate simply.
- SRE experience with large production environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- 3-6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, C++, and Linux.
