Responsibilities
- Architect and design Oracle FCCS solutions for financial consolidation, close management, regulatory reporting, and corporate performance management.
- Lead FCCS application design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and integration with source systems.
- Design and maintain metadata, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, consolidation rules, calculations, and reporting structures.
- Gather requirements, define solution architecture, and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders and clients.
- Design and implement financial close processes, consolidation workflows, reporting frameworks, and finance transformation solutions.
- Optimize FCCS application performance and scalability through tuning, process improvements, and Oracle best practices.
- Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training.
- Evaluate existing consolidation and financial close processes and recommend modernization and continuous improvements.
- Participate in presales activities, including developing client solutions and presentations and demonstrating Argano offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise in FCCS and Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, including significant Oracle FCCS experience.
- Completion of at least five end-to-end FCCS implementations, including complex, multi-entity consolidation environments.
- Strong proficiency with FCCS, Calculation Manager, Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting, Smart View, Data Integration, EPM Automate, and Groovy scripting.
- Experience with financial consolidation, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, consolidation adjustments, statutory reporting, and financial close processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, including GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Experience with process reengineering and finance transformation solutions involving consolidation, close, reporting, and governance.
- Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data integration techniques.
- Experience integrating FCCS with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, NetSuite, or similar financial applications.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Full availability to travel within the United States.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management or Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management is highly desirable.
- Strategic review leadership experience is advantageous.
- CPA, CMA, or an equivalent accounting or finance certification is a plus.
