Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and launch innovative products and services.
- Design and build scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective systems.
- Create solutions for predictions, distributed storage, indexing, and querying at large scale.
- Lead development of solutions addressing tax and invoicing defects.
- Own technical relationships with business teams and cross-functional partners.
- Design and implement systems handling millions of transactions.
- Collaborate on tax calculation, invoicing, compliance, and global service expansion.
- Deliver high-quality software through design, coding, testing, and operations practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production software.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- At least 1 year of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
