Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Clay tables, waterfall enrichment flows, AI column logic, and signal-based prospecting systems.
- Develop multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks, HTTP API integrations, conditional branching, and data-provider sequencing.
- Build AI-powered enrichment, research, personalization, and lead-qualification workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and AI SDR tooling.
- Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, Clearbit, Apollo, LinkedIn, PredictLeads, and other GTM data providers.
- Automate list building, data hygiene, routing, deduplication, and other repetitive GTM operations using Clay, Make, and custom API scripts.
- Maintain Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and related GTM systems, including routing logic, sequence architecture, and dialer integrations.
- Define and enforce data-quality standards for ICP segmentation, territory assignment, pipeline attribution, and CRM integrity.
- Serve as the primary Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering support contact, resolve workflow issues, and execute the systems roadmap.
- Share workflow templates and learnings with the global GTM Engineering team and inform roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment with a strong technical orientation.
- Production experience building complex Clay tables, waterfall enrichment flows, webhook integrations, and AI column prompts.
- Direct experience applying AI to GTM workflows, including LLM enrichment, AI-powered personalization, or AI SDR tooling.
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce custom objects, flows, reports, and data-integrity logic.
- Familiarity with Outreach or SalesLoft and integrations with CRM and enrichment tools.
- Ability to work independently with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
- Strong data-quality and systems-design instincts.
- Experience with signal-based outbound systems using intent data, hiring signals, or funding triggers is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Clearbit, Apollo, PredictLeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, or similar GTM data providers is advantageous.
- Exposure to Gong data and conversation intelligence, and experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, are advantageous.
