Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications for specific business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying enhancements and implementing changes.
- Optimize data workflows, manage large datasets, and troubleshoot application performance issues.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation in cloud environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application performance issues.
- PySpark experience is preferred.
