Base Salary

$142k - $183k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop data platform infrastructure strategy and contribute to the Platform Engineering team’s technical roadmap.
Design, build, implement, automate, and document platform solutions for engineering and product teams.
Lead architecture, prototyping, implementation, and high-impact cross-functional technical projects.
Provide technical leadership and follow through on execution of technical plans.
Build cross-functional relationships and mentor junior team members.
Support risk management and the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of related industry experience.
Experience with on-premise and AWS Cloud infrastructure, containers, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, code management platforms, and infrastructure as code.
Experience with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Harness, GitLab, Artifactory, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and a major programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Shell.
Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and technical tradeoff decision-making skills.
Background and drug screen required.
Preferred qualifications include additional related education or experience, a master’s degree, AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification, Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification, Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional certification, and FinTech experience.
