Base Salary
$187k - $322k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end Search & Discovery systems and help design AI products supporting business growth.
- Drive major technical developments, remove technical blockers, and deliver complex systems.
- Design and optimize machine learning systems across serving, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure strong ML design and operational excellence while identifying opportunities through metrics.
- Collaborate with partner teams and senior Search leadership to align technical direction.
- Recruit and develop world-class technical talent.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience at technology companies.
- Broad and deep understanding of information retrieval, deep learning, large language modeling, data processing, and real-time serving.
- Demonstrated success delivering large and complex systems with significant business impact.
- Strong design, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with search and recommendation systems, search relevance, and query understanding.
- Preferred experience as a technical lead or manager of teams.
