Responsibilities

- Participate significantly in recruiting and developing people.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and expertise across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently in highly complex environments and exercise original thought and judgment.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and supervise other software engineers.
- Understanding of business objectives, commercial principles, and negotiating principles.
- Ability to manage complex situations calmly and professionally.
