Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software development projects.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business-aligned solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
