Base Salary
$116k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding engagements for new enterprise customers, including initial LangSmith setup and issue resolution.
- Create and deliver interactive training workshops covering product knowledge and agent engineering best practices.
- Develop scalable enablement frameworks, technical tutorials, best-practice guides, and reference implementations.
- Synthesize new-user feedback and identify friction points for the Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales, Deployed Engineering, and Professional Services on enablement strategies for prospective customers.
- Monitor agent-engineering trends and incorporate relevant learnings into customer enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Enablement, Customer Success Engineer, or Developer Advocate.
- Proven software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications or agents.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep practical understanding of the modern AI/LLM stack.
- Experience creating and delivering technical training programs, live workshops, written tutorials, documentation, and video guides.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for explaining technical concepts to developers and enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements.
- Preferred: hands-on experience building and deploying applications with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith or similar frameworks.
- Preferred: proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript in addition to Python.
