Base Salary
$116k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding engagements for new enterprise customers.
- Create and deliver live, interactive training workshops.
- Develop scalable enablement frameworks including tutorials and guides.
- Act as the voice of the new user to inform product development.
- Partner with various teams to define enablement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance customer materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Proven software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of the AI/LLM stack.
- Ability to create and deliver high-quality technical training programs.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Capacity to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements.
