Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and extension of enterprise-scale Salesforce managed packages while preserving compatibility with future upgrades.
- Architect Leankor visual workflows and project-management extensions using Kanban, Gantt, and Resource Management components.
- Develop Apex triggers, controllers, and batch processes along with Lightning Web Components for managed-package integrations.
- Plan and execute package upgrades, including impact analysis of custom code, overrides, and integrations.
- Manage Salesforce namespace prefixes, error handling, data relationships, and custom interfaces using Field Sets and Custom Settings.
- Customize Leankor project and board views and link managed-package entities with Salesforce Field Service Work Orders.
- Support CI/CD deployments and stable migrations across Salesforce sandbox tiers using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA qualification, with listed bachelor's fields including Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology.
- Relevant Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Salesforce Field Service and deep knowledge of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience customizing the Salesforce Field Service mobile app and its offline capabilities.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Strong object-oriented programming and design-pattern knowledge, along with problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Apex Unit Tests and Jest is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable; listed certifications include Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (Oracle Cloud) and Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer 1.
