Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance customized software solutions across systems and applications.
- Customize SAP HCM Payroll components and integrate them with other SAP modules.
- Configure and enhance SAP HCM Payroll solutions and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team collaboration, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Identify and implement team process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members in professional growth and technical development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll processing and compliance requirements.
- Experience customizing payroll components and integrating with other SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM Payroll configuration and enhancement techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
