Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with domain architecture, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy.
- Refine technical solution directions and dependencies with enterprise architects, domain architects, squad members, and IT Chapter Leads.
- Guide squads in selecting solutions, prioritizing epics and features, and aligning implementations with standards.
- Collaborate on tribe and asset roadmaps and resolve dependencies between squads.
- Facilitate epic slicing, feature planning, and close coordination with delivery squads.
- Maintain alignment with domain architecture horizons and keep solution and system documentation current.
- Work with stakeholders across the ING organization to achieve technology and business objectives.
Requirements
- Working knowledge as a software engineer, architect, or in a similar technology-focused position.
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure and IT assets within the relevant tribe domain.
- Knowledge of the technology strategy applied to tribe assets or products.
- Strategic vision, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to evaluate and balance competing solution requirements.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders and communicate clearly and assertively.
- Flexibility, adaptability, rapid decision-making, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
