Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration
- Contribute to other Dialpad integrations
- Write architectural design and specification documents
- Develop well-tested, clean, modular, maintainable features with unit tests and appropriate test hooks
- Participate in code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, and scalability
- Assist with emerging agentic AI technologies and initiatives
- Serve as a technical expert and mentor other engineers
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer
- Experience with at least one major backend language, especially Java or Python, and one major frontend language, especially Vue or React
- Experience building integrations and proficiency with ETL data pipelines
- Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with agentic AI and use of AI coding assistants such as Claude or Gemini for most coding tasks
- Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, and pragmatic problem-solving skills
