Responsibilities
- Shape Rain’s approach to compliance engineering
- Build tooling and services to scale KYC, KYB, and transaction-monitoring pipelines
- Centralize and future-proof the compliance data strategy
- Embed compliance processes into existing issuing and product structures
- Ship high-quality code iteratively and frequently
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience with Node.js and backend systems
- A precise, compliance-oriented approach to software engineering
