Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build fast and reliable mobile experiences for GovWell staff.
- Ensure field staff can maintain progress without losing connectivity.
- Empower residents to manage permits and licenses easily via mobile.
- Define the standards for native mobile development at GovWell.
- Shape the evolution of mobile workflows and user experiences.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production mobile apps on iOS and/or Android.
- Comfortable making early-stage product decisions in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong focus on user experience, including speed and friction reduction.
- Ability to contribute to product direction and decision-making.
- Alignment with GovWell's core values.
