Base Salary
$195k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build fast, reliable mobile experiences for government staff and field workers in real-world conditions.
- Develop offline-capable workflows so users do not lose progress when connectivity is interrupted.
- Create simple mobile experiences for residents to check permit statuses and submit applications.
- Define the standard for native mobile craft as GovWell’s mobile product matures.
- Shape new mobile workflows, capabilities, and the evolution of staff and resident experiences.
Requirements
- Real experience shipping production mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.
- Ability to make ambiguous early-stage product and technical decisions in a rapidly growing product.
- Strong focus on mobile speed, usability, friction reduction, and real-world user conditions.
- Product instincts to help determine what to build next and why.
