Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Tricentis TOSCA Data Integrity.
- Perform ETL, data warehouse, backend, database, data-quality, reconciliation, transformation, and source-to-target validation testing.
- Build and maintain UI automation tests using Playwright.
- Write complex SQL queries and validate data across Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop reusable automation scripts and frameworks and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform API testing using Postman or Bruno.
- Execute backend processes and ETL jobs using Unix/Linux commands, PuTTY, and WinSCP.
- Create test scenarios, test cases, and automation coverage from business and technical requirements.
- Manage defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers and business teams through resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide testing status updates, and identify opportunities to increase automation coverage.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA and TOSCA Data Integrity.
- Experience with Playwright UI automation, ETL/data warehouse testing, backend testing, advanced SQL, database validation, and source-to-target data validation.
- Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, Bruno, or similar tools.
- Experience with test planning, defect management, JIRA, CI/CD, continuous testing, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Preferred: Python/PyTest, JavaScript or TypeScript, Selenium, AWS or other cloud platforms, Harness, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Unix/Linux, PuTTY, WinSCP, AI-assisted testing, AI application testing, and insurance or financial services experience.
