Base Salary

$140k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop a working understanding of each customer's clinical workflows and business goals.
  • Lead discovery sessions to diagnose underlying problems before building solutions.
  • Map the gap between current and desired customer states and design actionable paths.
  • Write plugins and configure workflows using Canvas's SDK and development tools.
  • Deliver functional solutions quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.
  • Communicate proactively with customers about project status and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to shared resources like plugin catalogs and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in owning and shipping software solutions.
  • Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to build software independently.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to improving client workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences, including clinicians and engineers.
  • Ability to take radical ownership of customer outcomes and solve problems proactively.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of using MVPs for iterative progress.
  • Preferred background in healthcare technology and understanding of clinical workflows.
