Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a working understanding of each customer's clinical workflows and business goals.
- Lead discovery sessions to diagnose underlying problems before building solutions.
- Map the gap between current and desired customer states and design actionable paths.
- Write plugins and configure workflows using Canvas's SDK and development tools.
- Deliver functional solutions quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Communicate proactively with customers about project status and technical constraints.
- Contribute to shared resources like plugin catalogs and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in owning and shipping software solutions.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to build software independently.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to improving client workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences, including clinicians and engineers.
- Ability to take radical ownership of customer outcomes and solve problems proactively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of using MVPs for iterative progress.
- Preferred background in healthcare technology and understanding of clinical workflows.
