Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end UiPath automations covering orchestration, exception handling, monitoring, logging, security, and compliance.
  • Develop high-quality, reusable, and performant automation code and frameworks.
  • Translate solution architecture designs into executable automation frameworks and contribute to technical decisions.
  • Review automation workflows for compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor junior and experienced automation engineers and support team onboarding and upskilling.
  • Collaborate with automation architects, consultants, business analysts, DevOps, and IT teams.
  • Participate in client technical discussions, estimation, feasibility assessments, and delivery planning.
  • Troubleshoot complex automation issues across environments and support automation lifecycle governance.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on expertise with UiPath Studio, Maestro, Robots, APIs, and Agents.
  • Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and/or Python.
  • Experience with BPM, RPA, APIs, AI technology stacks, reusable components, and enterprise automation patterns.
  • Experience integrating automations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, ERP systems, CRM systems, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of Document Understanding, AI Center, machine learning, intelligent extraction, and decision automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of secure, scalable software architectures, automation lifecycle management, delivery governance, quality gates, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to assess process automation feasibility and technical risks and design robust, maintainable, performant solutions.
  • Experience with Agile delivery models, CI/CD concepts for RPA, version control, release management, KPIs, and operational automation metrics.
