Responsibilities
- Develop core R&D infrastructure tools including IDEs, code management systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AI capabilities for code generation, fault diagnosis, dependency management, and AI R&D toolchains.
- Research distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and large models and convert them into internal tools and solutions.
- Maintain company-level R&D platforms, resolve technical issues, and optimize system performance and user experience.
- Complete the technical online assessment if selected after resume screening.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Be proficient in at least one backend programming language, such as Go, Java, Python, or C++, with a solid programming foundation.
- Understand computer principles, data structures, algorithms, and basic system design.
- Have basic knowledge of distributed systems, databases, message queues, and CI/CD processes.
- Demonstrate learning ability, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and effective cross-functional communication.
- Preferred: project experience in AI tool development, large-model applications, or cloud-native fields.
- Preferred: open-source contributions with code submissions or technical blog outputs.
- Preferred: DevOps knowledge or internship experience involving CI/CD processes or R&D tools.
