Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and select among available technologies.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of software development experience, or one year with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- At least two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, or compute, storage, or hardware architecture.
- At least two years of software development experience with Java or C++.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with data structures and algorithms, accessible technologies, legacy-system refactoring, and large distributed infrastructure across multiple systems.
Benefits
- Poland compensation includes PLN 280000–PLN 287000 base pay, a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
