Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Moveworks use cases, custom actions, and automated workflows using Moveworks Agent Studio.
- Build integrations between Moveworks and ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Okta, and other SaaS platforms.
- Develop REST API integrations and middleware-based solutions using OAuth and OpenID Connect authentication.
- Provide Level 3 production support, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Optimize virtual-agent behavior and conversational flows using data analysis, testing, knowledge-driven capabilities, and generative AI.
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with the Technical Platform Owner, ServiceNow developers, and global stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and perform release validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise application development experience.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and JSON formatting.
- Demonstrated experience designing integrations and building REST API integrations.
- Practical experience with OAuth and OpenID Connect authentication.
- Experience providing Level 3 production support and troubleshooting complex enterprise software issues.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Must be located in Poland with full authorization to work locally.
- Preferred experience with Moveworks Agent Studio or Moveworks platform implementations.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow development or integrations, IT Service Management, or HR service delivery processes.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams platform development, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services.
- Familiarity with AI-powered employee-experience platforms, virtual-agent platforms, or conversational AI technologies is preferred.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications or qualifications related to Azure Large Language Models are preferred.
