Responsibilities
- Build and improve integrations connecting the platform with ERP and accounting systems.
- Design synchronization, mapping, validation, and reconciliation workflows.
- Implement handling for partial failures, retries, eventual consistency, idempotency, and audit trails.
- Improve integration performance and reliability through logging, alerting, and root-cause analysis.
- Work with onboarding and support teams to connect customers and bring them live.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Strong C# and .NET experience building backend services and APIs.
- Proven experience integrating ERP, accounting, or financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP, including authentication, error handling, retries, and versioning.
- Experience with data synchronization, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Strong SQL Server skills covering query design, optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or Dynamics integrations; fintech, payments, accounts payable, or fund administration; Azure; SFTP, EDI, or file-based integrations; Python; multi-tenant SaaS; observability; and AI coding tools.
