Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable agentic AI frameworks and generative AI solutions for banking use cases.
- Build full-stack applications integrating ML and LLM tools and services.
- Design metrics and evaluation strategies for AI system and agent performance.
- Prototype and integrate advances in agent-based, autonomous, and generative AI technologies.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide architectural decisions for enterprise AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate and scale AI solutions.
- Develop robust APIs and ensure application resiliency, security, operational stability, and production readiness.
- Deliver rapid MVP iterations, hypothesis tests, and A/B experiments to improve AI products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with substantial hands-on coding and enterprise solution delivery.
- At least 3 years of dedicated professional experience in AI-focused software development, prompt engineering, machine learning, generative AI, or agentic AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or PySpark.
- Knowledge of knowledge representation, automated planning, decision-making under uncertainty, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with Google ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or N8N.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Experience creating, deploying, and integrating Model Context Protocol implementations into agentic AI systems.
- Experience applying LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama within agentic systems.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, system architectures, application architectures, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus proficiency with Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Master’s degree and banking or financial services experience are preferred.
- Experience with UI and full-stack technologies such as Angular, React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience with Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security, is preferred.
