Base Salary
$150k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-native software products that transform large-scale geospatial data into actionable intelligence.
- Implement multi-agent workflows using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph for autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution.
- Integrate large language models including GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini for contextual analysis, hypothesis generation, and adaptive decision-making.
- Engineer agents with dynamic tool use, structured reasoning, and iterative self-refinement.
- Develop data ingestion and transformation layers for pattern-of-life detection, anomaly identification, and predictive analytics.
- Build secure, scalable integrations across cloud and enterprise environments.
- Create feedback loops and reinforcement mechanisms to improve model reliability and operational trustworthiness.
- Deploy and operate AI systems in production using containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD practices.
- Use AI development agents such as Codex, Gemini CLI, and Claude Code for software design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to shared engineering standards, documentation, and AI-first development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Seven years of proven experience in a relevant technology domain, preferably software engineering and AI/ML.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data management and machine learning pipelines, including AWS or GCP.
- Significant software development experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Preferred familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Preferred knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability architectures for global-scale workloads.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development to improve engineering velocity, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote or geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
