Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
- Automate identification of IT assets, applications, and service dependencies.
- Troubleshoot discovery and mapping issues and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate CMDB integrity and support compliance with IT governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Document technical processes, create training materials, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Strong background as a System Engineer or System Analyst, or experience with ServiceNow CMDB or ServiceNow Discovery.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery is a preferred qualification.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) is a preferred qualification.
