Base Salary
$90k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead senior, mid-level, and junior developers building Oracle Fusion HCM extensions with Visual Builder Studio, APEX, Application Composer, and Page Composer.
- Develop custom page layouts, embedded applications, extension UIs, REST API integrations, workflows, approval routing, reports, and data extracts for Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Manage sandbox environments and personalization layers across development, test, and production tenants.
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain version-control and upgrade-safe extension practices.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, estimate effort, identify risks, and participate in SAFe Agile sprint planning.
- Conduct technical and architecture reviews and advise on build-versus-configure decisions.
- Support production deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, provide L3 go-live and hypercare support, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and must be a US citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least 7 years of software development experience focused on enterprise application extension and customization.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle VBS, VBCS, or Oracle APEX development in Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP environments.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API development and consumption.
- Experience with Application Composer, Page Composer, sandboxes, personalization frameworks, and Oracle Fusion extensibility tools.
- Experience leading development teams in Agile or SAFe environments, including code reviews, sprint planning, and technical mentorship.
- Experience with BI Publisher data models, templates, and formatting.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrade cycles and upgrade-safe extension practices.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of software development experience, 3+ years as a technical lead on Oracle Cloud implementations, Oracle Cloud development certifications, Oracle Fusion HCM federal or large-enterprise experience, Oracle JET experience, Oracle Integration Cloud experience, Section 508/WCAG 2.1 AA familiarity, and knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
