Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and platform strategy for Stitch Fix’s People Technology ecosystem.
- Design and build AI-ready architectures that automate end-to-end HR processes and support AI agents and machine learning exploration.
- Build applications with Workday Extend and complex Workday Studio integrations using Java, Python, or other supported languages.
- Define system boundaries, data flows, integration standards, reusable libraries, and architectural patterns with Enterprise Architecture.
- Design event-driven integrations, RESTful and SOAP APIs, and data pipelines connecting HRIS systems and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, data integrity controls, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, encryption, and SOX compliance across HRIS systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and convert business pain points into strategic technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in solution evaluation, design, best-practice advising, and implementation of People Technology, specifically Workday.
- Deep technical mastery of Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent modules.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Workday Prism, and complex HR ecosystem integrations.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, observability tools such as Datadog, and SLO/SLI-based reliability practices.
- Fluency in OAuth 2.0 and API security models, with experience designing compliant and robust solutions.
- Strong project management, prioritization, design facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and technical collaboration skills.
