Responsibilities

- Collaborate with account managers and customer success specialists to understand client needs.
- Build and iterate on solutions with autonomy in a cross-functional Product Engineering team.
- Support production systems and respond to incidents as required.
- Make critical technical decisions balancing startup execution with scalable engineering.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in a product engineering role.
- Ability to translate business concepts into software models.
- Familiarity with both monoliths and distributed systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for direct customer interaction.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and cloud platforms like GCP and AWS.
