Base Salary
$124k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations, software-release issues, and prioritized requests for business units.
- Investigate complex customer problems, systemic bugs, and software failures.
- Track software performance and quality at customer sites and communicate scenarios to software test teams.
- Validate customer scenarios for enhancements and interface with customers on requirements, priorities, and schedules.
- Develop field-readiness and software-readiness checklists for new product introductions.
- Develop and deliver software training for field, laboratory, manufacturing, and junior engineers.
Requirements
- Experience with Applied Materials equipment.
- Conceptual and practical expertise in the applicable discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Ability to solve complex problems, analyze multiple information sources, and use judgment.
- Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
- High motivation and ability to self-manage priorities and workload.
