Responsibilities

Develop, configure, maintain, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across the platform lifecycle.
Support enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and end-user adoption across the customer lifecycle.
Translate stakeholder and business requirements into high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
Collaborate in Scrum or Kanban delivery teams to provide regular incremental value.
Manage and track requirements and work items in JIRA with clear documentation and traceability.
Contribute to CI/CD deployments and troubleshoot issues to improve platform performance and reliability.
Partner with cross-functional business, analytical, and technical teams.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud core components.
Experience delivering across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, build, test, deploy, and support.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, and platform capabilities.
Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features, including field-level security, profiles, and permissions.
Understanding of software development lifecycle practices and SAFe Agile.
Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Additional experience with or willingness to learn Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, and Tableau.
Exposure to Prompt Builder is beneficial.
