Responsibilities
- Work directly with product engineering teams to assess delivery practices and identify practical improvement opportunities.
- Help teams adopt Platform Enablement standards and improve development workflows, build pipelines, automated checks, release processes, and production readiness.
- Provide hands-on engineering guidance and translate central platform guidance into actions suited to each product team.
- Promote safe, reliable, and consistent software delivery practices.
- Capture recurring team friction and turn it into actionable signals for platform improvement.
- Coach and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD and automated path-to-production practices.
- Knowledge of trunk-based development and modern branching strategies.
- Understanding of automated testing, quality gates, and release confidence.
- Understanding of build, versioning, promotion, and deployment concepts.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Understanding of secure software delivery and shift-left controls.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, environment, and configuration management principles.
- Experience with developer experience, engineering enablement, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing without direct authority.
