Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s fully agentic system that automates the headhunting process.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and deliver production code daily.
- Balance rapid experimentation with the transition to scalable, high-quality systems.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team in the San Francisco hackerhouse.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work intensively on a new product with significant potential impact.
