Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Data + AI solutions spanning data infrastructure, multimodal pipelines, analytics, and enterprise AI agent applications.
- Support strategic accounts through requirements discovery, technical workshops, architecture reviews, technical deep dives, POCs, demonstrations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Build and validate working prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts for multimodal AI, enterprise agents, data platforms, and analytics scenarios.
- Design and optimize RAG architectures, embedding and reranking strategies, hybrid retrieval, vector database solutions, agent workflows, and production deployments.
- Develop multimodal workflows for audio, video, documents, image generation, video generation, editing, translation, and enhancement use cases.
- Create reusable reference architectures, solution whitepapers, playbooks, SOPs, templates, case studies, and industry best practices.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, algorithm, sales, and ecosystem teams to improve products and integrations.
- Train and mentor sales teams and solution architects and support executive-level technical engagement with global customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering Data + AI projects from solution discovery and design through implementation and production deployment.
- Ability to independently deliver technical presentations, conduct technical discussions, and engage global customers across regions.
- Strong understanding of LLM and VLM fundamentals, foundation-model ecosystems, fine-tuning, alignment, and model adaptation.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent engineering, RAG architecture, retrieval optimization, vector database selection, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong understanding of multimodal AI systems, data processing pipelines, operator orchestration, and audio, video, and document applications.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, data governance, BI and analytics, growth analytics, data lakes or lakehouses, and large-scale unstructured data pipelines.
- Strong engineering execution skills, including proficiency in Python or another mainstream programming language, demo development, end-to-end POC delivery, and customer-facing troubleshooting.
- Experience translating customer pain points into reusable industry solutions and hands-on experience in at least one relevant industry.
- Preferred experience includes Solution Architect, pre-sales technical, Forward Deployed Engineer, or comparable customer-facing technical work.
- Preferred knowledge includes Doubao, DeepSeek, Qwen, GPT, Gemini, Claude, SFT, LoRA, RLHF, DPO, multi-agent systems, MCP services, tool calling, audio/video infrastructure, and cross-product data and analytics solutions.
- Preferred experience includes leading large-scale projects, executive-level technical communication, strategic pre-sales engagements, and AI-native industry initiatives.
